Pastor Kevin Szwarga was born and raised in the Chicago suburbs in a pastor’s home. He accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his Savior at a young age in the year of 1998 and felt God’s call to preach in the year of 2003 under the ministry of Dr. Keith Gomez in Elgin, Illinois.
Pastor Szwarga graduated from Northwest Baptist Academy and sought training for the ministry at Providence Baptist College. While in Bible college, he met his wife Liz, and they were married in February of 2010. He graduated from Providence Baptist College in May of 2010 and continued his education in the Master’s Program while serving the Lord in Elgin.
Pastor Szwarga came to Bible Baptist Church of Terre Haute, Indiana in January of 2011. He served faithfully as Youth Pastor for three years before accepting the call to become the Senior Pastor of Bible Baptist Church in March of 2014. The Lord has blessed Pastor Szwarga and his wife Liz with five beautiful children. They seek to raise their children for the Lord and are excited to be serving God as a family in the ministry.
